Our Shipping Partner – Australia Post
All Natz Fashion orders are shipped via Australia Post, Australia's most trusted postal and parcel delivery service. Australia Post provides end-to-end tracking so you always know where your order is.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your unique Australia Post tracking number. You can track your parcel at any time by visiting the Australia Post tracking page and entering your tracking number. Tracking is available 24/7 and is updated in real time.
Shipping Timeframes
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Estimated delivery times after dispatch are as follows:
- Standard Shipping (Australia Post): 3–7 business days
- Express Shipping (Australia Post): 1–3 business days
- Remote or regional areas may require additional transit time.
Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates provided by Australia Post and may vary during peak periods such as Christmas, Easter, and public holidays.
Safe Packaging Standards
At Natz Fashion, we follow strict Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure every piece of jewellery is packaged with the utmost care. Our packaging process includes:
- Each item is individually wrapped in protective tissue paper or bubble wrap to prevent scratching or damage.
- Jewellery is placed in a branded Natz Fashion gift box or pouch for a premium unboxing experience.
- Orders are sealed in a sturdy, tamper-evident outer mailer bag before dispatch.
- Fragile items are clearly labelled to ensure careful handling throughout the Australia Post network.
We take pride in ensuring your order arrives in perfect condition, just as it left our hands.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and chosen shipping method. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions — subscribe to our newsletter or follow us on social media to stay updated.
Delivery Areas

Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping charges may apply. Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of checkout.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
In the rare event that your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@natz.com.au within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with Australia Post to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
